Motherhood Coaching encompasses every stage of a woman’s journey after conception: pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
No matter how many books you’ve read, nothing quite prepares you for the drastic changes that come along with pregnancy and becoming a parent. New moms often feel overwhelmed by all the demands that come with motherhood – from figuring out how to provide for their baby’s needs to forging a new identity, to trying to fit back into their old clothes and former lives. Meanwhile, experienced moms can feel stressed as they try to juggle endless to-do lists, manage mom guilt, figure out how to balance their careers with their family life, and find time for their relationships and their own needs.
Motherhood Coaching provides a safe and supportive space to help you navigate all the difficult emotions that come with motherhood, and puts you back in the driver’s seat of your life, despite all the momentous challenges you might be facing.

What you can expect
Doubts may arise during your pregnancy, which is why prenatal coaching is essential in helping you overcome your fears to meet your due date with a sense of excitement, rather than trepidation. During each consultation, we will address any fears you have in order to shift your mindset in a positive direction. We will incorporate mindfulness, visualisation and relaxation techniques so that you can calm your nervous system and connect more deeply with your baby and your intuition. We also offer practices for mothers who want to explore Inner Child work during their pregnancy.
After giving birth, you will likely experience your own rebirth as a woman! While this can be a super empowering time to reconstruct your identity and your place in the world in alignment with your new values and priorities as a mother, at times, it can also feel overwhelming. Through postpartum coaching, we help you process your emotions, fears, and doubts, and more importantly, provide you with clear next steps to welcome this new chapter of your life with confidence. Together, we help you redesign your life to fit the needs of the new you!
